I spent a wonderful afternoon sitting next to Charles Strouse (composer of Bye Bye Birdie, Annie) and his wife Barbara while we listened to his brilliant score "RAGS," which I newly orchestrated for the 13 piece NYU Broadway Orchestra conducted by Joe Church.

Dan DeLangehas orchestrated music for Julie Andrews, The Jim Henson Company, Rosie O'Donnell, Live Theatricals at Universal Studios, Manhattan Concert Productions, and for composers Paul Williams, Jerry Herman, Harvey Schmitt, Mark Hollman, Peter Link, Charles Strouse and Stephen Schwartz. His work has been heard on Broadway, Carnegie Hall, London's West End, national & European tours and at regional theaters across the country including over 50 productions at Goodspeed Musicals.
